The California Bureau of Real Estate requires licensees to take 45 hours of continuing education every four years. C.A.R. is offering the necessary 45 hours of continuing education for salespersons and brokers, including a Spanish language version. Each 45-hour package contains online courses that include all of the CalBRE mandatory subjects and are approved by the CalBRE and C.A.R. Education. Even better, since the courses are offered via correspondence format on the internet, you set the pace. And you have access to the courses for 12 months once you select the package.
