The Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce is holding a Town Hall Community Workshop on August 4th from 6:00-7:30pm at the Truckee Town Hall at 10183 Truckee Airport Road, to engage the community in the development of a Truckee Brand.
The Chamber is taking the lead on this public/private marketing initiative to promote Truckee as not only a great place to play, but a great place to live and work. The development of a brand that distinguishes the unique experiences and lifestyles one can have here, unlike any other community will help achieve that goal and create community pride. Further, the development of a comprehensive new website will help inform and educate those who do not know Truckee, to visit and be inspired to relocate thereby attracting talent and business that will grow and diversify Truckee’s economy.
In addition, the Chamber is asking for community feedback via an online survey.
