In 1920, the California Real Estate Association (as C.A.R. was known then) launched its first issue of the News Bulletin to its few hundred members. Now a full-color, gloss-page format and called California Real Estate magazine, it’s barely recognizable from its early days as a four-page, black-and-white bulletin.
