C.A.R. members can access the Association’s Legal Hotline information using a FREE smartphone app. The app connects members to the Legal Hotline, Customer Service, social media quick links, and so much more.  Now the app also provides estimated waiting times for the Legal Hotline.The recent update to the C.A.R. Legal Hotline App shows the expected wait times of the two hotlines–one for brokers and one for agents. The hotlines show three possible states available, with a range of wait times to indicate how busy the lines are:
  • Green: 0-15 minutes
  • Yellow: 15-30 minutes
  • Red: 30+ minutes

Phone calls can vary greatly in length, so the wait time range is C.A.R.’s best estimate based on current call volume. The wait time status is refreshed every five minutes and will update in the app automatically.
