Helping a buyer with their first purchase builds a foundation for a lifelong relationship of buying and selling through the many stages a client experiences in life.
Earning the FTBS certification requires you to successfully complete two four-hour courses: “First Time Buyer Specialist 1 – Master the Market” and“First Time Buyer Specialist 2 – Be the Go-to Agent.”
