Although C.A.R. typically only updates the standard forms twice per year, a newly enacted law required an additional release in June.  The Office Management Agreement form serves as a contract between the brokerage and branch office manager to establish an employer/employee relationship and may be used to comply with the new law allowing delegation of supervisorial duties to the branch manager.
