C.A.R. and NAR have partnered to offer members a new way to manage their rating reputation online. The REALTOR® Excellence Program is the industry’s first and only independently validated agent rating system and is now a free C.A.R. member benefit.
The program offers members an easy way to manage customer feedback and reviews of the agent’s service. After the close of every transaction, a survey is sent to an agent’s client. Once the client, completes the survey, the agent is notified of the results. They can then control the option to display that customer’s feedback on RatedAgent.com or via social media channels.
Client reviews from the surveys improve service satisfaction with existing clients and effectively attract prospective clients. The survey system, real-time reporting technology, and customer service support systems are included in the program.
