REVISION – August 2016: As most of you are aware, the Tahoe Donner Homeowners Association Board of Directors enacted the new “Street View Only” requirement for properties being sold in Tahoe Donner to replace the previous 360 review. This went into effect officially in July/August. With this change, the language of the Tahoe-Truckee Area Addendum to the Purchase Agreement has been revised from the May 2016 version and the language has been approved by the Tahoe Donner Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
