TouchSign™ is a user-friendly mobile signing tool designed to assist agents who utilize touchscreen tablets with zipForm® Mobile Web Edition. This solution allows for natural signing while retaining electronic signatures during an agent/client meeting.

TouchSign™ within zipForm® Mobile Web Edition allows clients to use either their finger or a capacitive stylus to sign documents as they normally would on a paper document. Agents can review the document with the client and then go immediately to signing without printing a single piece of paper.

With TouchSign™, signing on a touchscreen tablet device with the familiarity of a traditional manner brings confidence and comfort to better serve the client. Once signed, the transaction is easily sent to clients, agents, brokers, and service providers via email or fax with the signatures in place; all without printing.

TouchSign™ features include:

  • Add signer’s information from zipForm® 6 address book
  • zipVault™ integration for document storage and signing of non-zipForm® documents

Current subscribers to zipForm® Mobile Web Edition receive this new feature automatically. Look for the “Signatures” icon while inside of a transaction. This feature is only available for tablet users (not smartphones).

To begin using TouchSign™, first purchase the $12.95 annual subscription of zipForm® Mobile Web Edition. On your mobile device, launch an internet browser and visit m.zipformonline.com. Note that you will use your www.car.org username and password to login via C.A.R. credentials. If you’re part of a Broker Version of zipForm® 6, choose zipForm Credentials.
