An electronic signature is an electronic sound, symbol, or process attached or associated with a contract or other document and adopted by a person with the intent to sign.

zipForm® 6 offers two integrated solutions for signing documents electronically: zipLogix Digital Ink® and DocuSign®. This makes it easier and faster for you to sign C.A.R. Standard Forms and other transaction documents. To access zipLogix Digital Ink® or DocuSign® from zipForm® 6:

  • Log into a Transaction
  • Click the “Tools” tab
  • Choose the “Option” tab
  • Select eSign

zipLogix Digital Ink® is free to REALTORS® in California.

New DocuSign® users may purchase a subscription inside of zipForm® 6 for a special C.A.R. REALTOR® rate of only $159 (a savings of $21). This subscription is for 1 year of unlimited use. DocuSign® is the preferred e-signature solution for zipLogix.

Attend one of the following 1-hour webinars to look at both solutions and the workflow with each. You need to be familiar with both zipLogix Digital Ink® and DocuSign® as you may be involved in a transaction where the other agent is using electronic signatures.
